Well today absolutely flew by, and the stuff I wanted to get done, did not get done. But what I did get done were these adorable Mickey and Minnie nails.
For this look I started with a base of Barry M Cotton, then I sprinkled some of this lush glitter mix from Charlie’s Nail Art on. This is the Magic Candy Dust glitter mix and it is packed full of fine white glitter with iridescent hints of pink and yellow and a range of colourful, chunky glitter.
I love how this glitter kind of gives you a textured/ snakeskin look. And those chunky glitters give it a playful, fun pop of colour.
To top of the mani, I added these cute Mickey and Minnie fimo slices, also from Charlie’s Nail Art. This pack contains 20 Mickey slices and 20 Minnie slices, all for only 45p a pack. As I always do, I smooshed these into my topcoat because I am too lazy to use glue, but it worked and they have stayed looking super cute.
The stamping is an old, old unbranded plate and I stamped it with Moyou Black Knight. Then I topped it all off with a coat of Seche Vite. You can see where I tried to make some of the Mickey heads in the stamping, into Minnie heads by adding a bow, but it went so wrong on some of them. So let’s just imaging that there are perfectly painted bows on some of the heads and we’ll all finish today feeling good bahahahaha.
