The Fifth Element has long been one of my very favourite movies and for years I have been trying to get the Man to watch it with me, finally this week he did and he loved it. I don’t want to say I told you so but I really did over and over again.
So to commemorate this occasion, I decided to do some Fifth Element nails.
To do the stones I used the saran wrap/cling film method and the colours I used were Barry M Lychee, Barry M Mushroom, Models Own Nude Beige and OPI San-Tan-Tonio. I then drew on the lines freehand with my trusted laundry pen. I topped that all off with one coat of Seche and one coat of OPI Matte topcoat.
Excuse this whole hand shot that makes my hand look really weird, but this was the best shot I could get showing the other half of my thumb.
For the thumb I used Barry M BLE 2013, Barry M Gelly Chai (Swatches coming soon) Barry M Matt white and the Barry M Nail Art Pen for the details. Again, topped with a coat of Seche and a coat of OPI Matte topcoat.
