My Second Haul from Tarts With A Heart |
So this isn’t a normal +10 Kapow post because there are no nails or nerdisms, but sometimes finding a product you love and telling other about it can be nice, and that’s what the post is today, me telling you about Tarts With A Heart.
Since joining Instagram, I have come across some lovely people and some of those are Indies that have some awesome products and although I want to try all of them, some are a little out of my price range. Tarts With A Heart were one of those indies that I wanted to try and luckily their products were well within my price range. I have just received my second order from them and let me tell you now, they are fantastic and it definitely won’t be my last order.
So Who and What are Tarts With A Heart?
Tarts With A Heart are a UK based Small Business who produce handmade wax tarts using eco friendly soy wax and high quality scents. Each tart costs £1 and they are for use with wax melters or burners.
There is no excessive packaging and even before melting, the scents are strong and gorgeous, you can smell them as soon as you open the parcel they arrive in.
When my first order arrived, I put a whole tart into my burner, (this did mean a fair amount of wastage and I did learn my lesson, I recommend breaking the tart up into at least quarters) the scent spread throughout the house and was absolutely beautiful and not overpowering like some oils and wax melts can be. Even when not over a flame, the tart is perfectly aromatic and when melting will last for a good few days (although it does say on the website that tarts last around 8 hours of burn time)
There are around 80 scents available as well as some lovely burners/melters. So far I have tried Toffee Apple Crumble, Parma Violets, Strawberry Jam, Raspberry Ripple, Rhubarb and Custard and Cafe Mocha and my favourites are definitely Toffee Apple Crumble which smells just like NICE biscuits and Cafe Mocha which is the perfect early morning fragrance.
Postage is £2.80 for standard post within the UK (other options are available) so I do recommend buying a few tarts at the same time.
You can also check out the Tarts With a Heart Blog for some hints and tips and to find out more about them.
Let me know if you decide to try out Tarts With a Heart or if you have found any other indies/small businesses through social media that have been amazing.
Have an awesome Sunday!
Thank you so much Chrissie. We're so pleased you're a fan of our tarts and that you would be so thoughtful as to feature us on your blog x
Your tarts are fantastic and much superior to any branded wax tart I have tried, that is the type of product I like to share. Thank you for all the kind words about my review, I am so happy that you like it! :)x
These sound soooo great! And 80 scents, wow.
They are, the fragrances are so good and they smell exactly like what they are supposed. I have never been as impressed with a scented home item as I have with these. :)x
