The moment I saw these decals on Lady Queen, I needed them, so much awesome! And look, the larger Wonder Woman decal has glitter on it (you may need to embiggen to see it) I do wish they had sacrificed maybe the body WW decal and added a second Thor or Supergirl, that’s pretty much the only thing that could make this decal set better.
So, as you can see, the set has 10 decals, 2 of each design, they are square and are different sizes. My nails are fairly long at the moment and the smaller ones fit well with some excess, although I don’t think they are wide enough for my thumb.
The first design I did was one that I have wanted to do for a while, it didn’t turn out exactly how I hoped it would but I still really like it. It was inspired by my Wonder Woman Converse that I adore but barely wear because it took me so long to get them and I don’t want to ruin them.
I used Barry M Blueberry Ice Cream and Moyou Pro Collection 05 plate for the trainer nails, then I topped it all with OPI matte topcoat. The stamps on that plate are quite small so I did have to do 1 and a half stamps to cover my nail and as you can see, I messed that up.
I did a second look too, this time around the Thor decal and it gave me a chance to use my Thor stamping plate from hehe.
This nail art turned out a little bit closer to what I imagined it would be but that decal is just awesome and I love how it turned out.
I used the Born Pretty mirrored polish for this mani and stamped over with black. I didn’t add a topcoat to it because I didn’t want it to go dull but I think it looks great.
The decals themselves are fantastic quality, they are quite thick but they come off the backing easily and apply to the nail really well and I found that even if I had scrunched the decal slightly, it was barely noticeable one the top coat had dried. The colours remained vibrant all the way through and any excess bits were easy to remove with some polish remover and a brush.
