If you follow me on Instagram you might know that I have been suffering with an MS relapse for the last few weeks, it’s been a tough time and although I am still going through it, I am fed up of feeling down about it and I refuse to let it stop me doing things anymore, I am going to fight through it like a boss rather than just let it get to me.
I am also sick of having naked nails, they are quite short now due to falls and grabbing things trying not to fall, and then once I got them short I broke another nail (middle) so they don’t look great but they’ll do. Doing nail art was quite difficult because my ‘strong hand’ (right hand) is not so strong at the moment and acts a bit derpy and drunk but I am pretty proud of how well I did considering.
Ok, so I didn’t actually get LVLUP Wearable, but the hoodie from it was amazing, have you seen it? It’s so friggin awesome and I am so jealous, I might have to keep an eye out on eBay to see if anyone ends up selling it *hopes*
I started with a base of Barry M Speedy Dragster which I topped with a coat of Seche. I made decals using the Uberchic Beauty Mat, Cheeky CH45 stamping plate, a clear jelly stamper from Born Pretty Store, Barry M Chai and Barry M Spring Green.
Once dry, I applied the decals to my nails and topped with Seche once I had cleaned the edges of the decals up, then I added one coat of OPI Matte topcoat and voila!
I am super happy and they have cheered me up immensely, not just the finished look but also the fact that I managed to do it and to a pretty good standard. What do you think about this look? Hope you’re all having an awesome weekend!
