Loot Crate: Animation

This July theme for Loot Crate was Animation and as you can see, all of my Loot Crate stuff has been super late again but the crate this month wasn’t actually that bad so I can let it go. Take and look and see what I got!

Bobs Burgers Pin
‘As seen in Season 1, Episode 13, you can take Gene in his burger mascot costume with you wherever you go to remind you of your love for… for… Dad’s Burg- wait, Bob’s Burgers’
I don’t yet watch Bob’s Burgers. I say yet because I do intend on trying it, it’s on my list. I have watched part of one episode and I found it quite funny. My biggest problem is H. Jon Benjamin, his voice is Archer and always will be for me. The moment he starts speaking I instantly think it’s him and I can’t forget it, I’m a little bit in love with Archer! But it’s on my list and I’m sure I’ll love it.
EXCLUSIVE Futurama Slurm Koozies 2-Pack (Crowded Coop)

‘Family friendly with an adult edge, Futurama proved popular enough to survive cancellation and get a crossover with The Simpsons to boot. One could say the show was highly addictive! Celebrate like Slurms Mackenzie with this two-pack of Slurm-branded drink koozies that will keep your 12-ounce soda cans cooler for longer.’
These are cute but I don’t drink pop or beer and I can’t think of any healthy beverages that come in a can. I have nothing yet but let me know if you think of some.
EXCLUSIVE Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Turtle Van T-Shirt (Loot Crate)
‘Saturday mornings were all about giant bowls of cereal and watching cartoons for as long as possible. Bring that love of yesterday to today with this fashion forward take on the Turtle Van! Designed in-house, we’ve taken inspiration from the 1986 series and incorporated the aforementioned iconic van. And, Of course, a TMNT shirt wouldn’t be complete without Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo who are along for the rise and some fun to your day’
Love this t-shirt. As you know I proudly have wear my yesterday today on most days and the Turtles are one of my high love fandoms. There was one problem with this t-shirt, did you spot it?

There is a patch of print missing on it but I contacted Loot Crate customer services and they have assured me that a replacement is on it’s way so I am happy with it all. Plus my June missing pin badge arrived the other day so I have faith in them.

EXCLUSIVE Rick and Morty Rick “Peace among world” Figure (Loot Crate)

‘Rick and Morty is one of the most popular original shows on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim programming block. As in inventor and adventurer, we thought it apt for Rick Sanchez to be the subject of the first Loot Crate-made figure included in Loot Crate! One of the more iconic episodes of the series, Cartoon Network and Starburns Industries chose season 2, episode 6, “The Ricks Must Be Crazy”, as the inspiration. Made with the same attention  to details as our Halo Icons figure line in the Halo Legendary Crate and WWE Slam Stars Collectible figures in the WWE Slam Crate, this figure replicates Rick’s arrival and greeting to the denizens of the microverse. The figure also comes with a base that is the ramp of the space ship’
I don’t know about you but I f*&$!#g love Rick and Morty, I really do and this figure is awesome. I have a photo with the figure in at the end of the post if you want to see it in all it’s glory. It’s a pretty good quality figure.
Loot Crate Edition Bob’s Burgers Recipe Cards in a Box (Penguin Random House)
‘After over 20 years of absence, the 90’s returned animation to prime time with The Simpsons, ending our long nightmare of only being able to watch cartoons while the sun was out. Years later, FOX would give us another family to love- The Belchers. One of our favourite parts of Bob’s Burgers the many “Burger of the Day” specials, spiced with delicious puns. That’s why we couldn’t resist including 25 hand-selected recipes (including vegetarian options) from the Bob’s Burgers Cookbook! Printed on sturdy, approximately 5″ x 7″ cards, they come in a box designed to look like the restaurant.’
My photo of this is terrible, but I really like this alot. We are going to pick a card out every other week when we do the shopping and get all the ingredients to make it. I love burgers and some of these sound really, really, tasty. Check the photo below for a better pic of the box and one of the burger recipes, plus the Rick figure along for the ride.

The box turns into a 2 “Burger of the Day” board and how awesome is the Rick figure?!
I have really enjoyed this month’s crate and I am going to get use out of most of it. What did you think about this month? I am still waiting on my Loot Wear, that seems to be the one that always arrives way, way after the rest. Look out for my Loot Pets post in a few days.
