Beauty Big Bang XL-017 Stamping Plate

I feel like I am fully on track this week, I have got posts ready to go up and I have done some nail art today and I have have a few possible post ideas.

Going back to today though, I have 2 looks done using the Beauty Big Bang XL-017 stamping plate. I really like this plate. It has 14 full nail designs and they are all fun patterns. Some of them can be used for reverse stamping but I think these images are more suited for regular stamping.

For my first look I have done a kind of 90’s tv inspired look. As soon as I saw the third image from the left on the top row, it made me think of Saved By The Bell, you know on the intro screen when all the shapes and squiggles move across the screen. But I wanted to go with kind of pastely colours, so i used Barry M Mint Green, Barry M Papaya, Barry M Laguna and a lavender Born Pretty Store stamping polish and some TwinkledT vinyls, then I stamped using either a full or partial of my chosen image using Barry M Cotton. Then I topped it all off with a coat of Seche Vite.

For my second look using this plate I chose the second image in from the right on the top row. it reminded me of comets so i was kind of going for a spacey look.

I started with a base of Polished By Leanne The Unknown, topped that with a coat of Wikkid Polish Star Dust, then I stamped using Barry M Silver Foil and topped with a coat of Seche Vite.

The plate picked up great straight away on all stampers and had not imperfections at all. The image sizes are quite big and even on my long nails I had excess so these will be a good size for most nails and because they are all repeating style patterns you will get a lot of the detail on your nails even with shorties.
