KBShimmer Snow Way! Macro |
I have never had as much trouble getting true colour on photos than I have with KBShimmer Snow Way! I’m not sure why it was but the whole image was either too grey or the polish colour would be perfect but my skin would be bright red. So I apologise for the lobster skin, it was the best I could do to show this beautiful polish.
KBShimmer Snow Way! with no topcoat |
This is the second polish from my initial 4 bottle purchase of the KBShimmer Winter 2014 collection (there are another 4 on their way). Snow Way! is a pale, sky blue crelly packed with multi sized matte white glitters. It also has a subtle holographic shimmer. The polish gives the look of snow falling against a blue sky.
It was opaque in 2 coats and the dry time was fairly quick. The above photo shows 2 coats with no topcoat.
KBShimmer Snow Way! with one coat of Seche Vite and some nail art |
Of course, I had to add some wintery nail art again, so this time I added some fir trees by sponging on Barry M Gelly Watermelon and a Snow Man Using Barry M Matt White, the scarf is done using Rimmel Luna Love Space Dust.
The polish was smooth with just one coat of Seche Vite.
KBShimmer Snow Way! with one coat of Seche Vite and one coat of OPI Matte Topcoat |
Glitter packed crelly polishes always look awesome matte so I had to try it and like KBShimmer Totally Tubular I definitely prefer this polish with no topcoat at all but it does look pretty awesome matte.
Bought from Harlow and Co for $9 CAD a bottle (not including postage to the UK).
Have you bought any of the KBShimmer Winter Collection yet?
:)x
Love this! The snow man is just perfect and Snow way! is the perfect backdrop 🙂
