I’ve got this lush wheel from Born Pretty to show you today. It is packed with irregular and coloured stones for 3d nail art. I had the above idea straight away, I wanted to try a kind of ‘pebble beach’ look. I kind of love it but I am also filing it under nail fail because I think the stones are a little bit too big for this idea.
But the stones are very pretty. In the wheel you get 2 compartments of each colour and there are 6 different colour types. They are different shapes and sizes and there is quite a lot in each compartment. For the above look I used the pastel chameleon stones. They are solid and if you are not using glue, they can often be cleaned and reused. I didn’t find them catching when on the nail either, which is really good.
Because I thought my pebble beach look was a bit of a nail fail, I tried something else with the stones. This is a look I would normally do with studs but I love how the misshapen stones look and gold against black always works really well.
If you fancy giving these a go, you can find them here for £1.88/$2.59 and I would love to see what you come up with using them too. Don’t forget that you can use code CBAQ10 for 10% off all non sale items on bornprettystore.com.
